# PulseOnix > A small collective of developers and researchers who build software: client > development projects, AI/ML engineering, open-source tools, and hackathon > builds. Shipped properly and built in the open. PulseOnix (pulseonix.xyz) is a small group of friends who build and ship software together. We take on custom development projects (websites, web apps, automation, integrations), do AI/ML engineering (LLM inference engines, agent pipelines, Hugging Face ecosystem tooling), and publish open source. We also compete in hackathons as a team. ## Key pages - [Homepage](https://pulseonix.xyz/): who we are, what we do, selected projects, team, and how to get in touch. ## Projects Our featured projects are actively developed and currently run locally. Source repositories will be published as they mature. - **Kestrel** (Python, research): a consequence-driven agent that learns hidden rules purely from experience. World models, skill compilation, verified knowledge transfer between agents, and self-modifying exploration. Every claim is backed by logged experience. Highlights: 0% to 100% skill transfer in one episode, 3.1x speedup from parallel specialization, 30% faster re-mastery via self-tuning exploration. - **PRISM** (C99, open source): a plugin-based CPU LLM inference engine where everything is a plugin. Kernels, model architectures, tokenizers, samplers, even the generation loop and frontend. GGUF and llama2.c checkpoints, Q8_0/Q4_0 quantization, OpenAI-compatible REST API. - **hfm** (Python, open source): a multi-account Hugging Face manager. One CLI and one MCP server for every HF account, repo and Space. OAuth device flow, local token storage with 0600 permissions, read-only mode and audit log for AI-agent access. ## Collaboration - Email: [hello@pulseonix.xyz](mailto:hello@pulseonix.xyz) - GitHub: https://github.com/pulseonix - We're open to client development projects, open-source collaboration, and hackathon teams. ## Meta - Last updated: 2026-09-03
