TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Services

PULSEONIX is a freelance digital studio providing creative development, technical architecture, and design services. All services are custom-quoted and require written agreement prior to commencement.

2. Payments and Billing

Standard engagements require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure bandwidth and begin work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, prior to the final delivery of assets, code deployment, or transfer of intellectual property rights. All payments must be made via our approved payment processors.

3. Revisions and Scope

Project scope is defined in individual proposals. Work requested outside the agreed scope will be billed separately at our standard hourly or flat-fee rates. We offer up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions per milestone unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment in full, all custom code, designs, and digital assets created specifically for the client are licensed or transferred to the client as agreed upon in the project proposal. PULSEONIX reserves the right to showcase completed work in our digital portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

PULSEONIX guarantees the functionality of our code upon deployment based on the agreed specifications. However, we are not liable for subsequent breakages caused by third-party API changes, client modifications, or platform updates.
