PulseOnix is a shared professional name used by an informal collective of independent developers based in Nepal, not an incorporated company. Members operating this website handle inquiries through the shared contact service described below. For questions about your information, contact [email protected].
Information you provide
The project inquiry form sends your name, email address, selected project type, and message to our contact service. We use these details to review your request, respond, and discuss possible work. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, financial details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
Where inquiries go
The website and contact service use Cloudflare Pages and Workers. Inquiry records, including a submission timestamp, are stored in Cloudflare D1. People operating PulseOnix with authorized database access can review inquiries. If you email us instead, your message is also handled by the email services involved in delivering and receiving it.
Hosting and analytics
Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the site. Requests necessarily include technical information such as your IP address and browser request headers. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to measure site usage and performance. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Web Analytics documentation for its processing practices.
Team images are fetched from GitHub, and repository links lead to GitHub. Loading a remote image sends a request to its provider. External services have their own privacy practices.
Retention
Inquiry records currently have no automatic expiry or scheduled deletion in our contact service. They remain in the database until manually deleted. If you want an inquiry removed, contact us using the email address above. Email correspondence and Cloudflare-managed logs or backups follow the retention settings of those services; deleting an inquiry from the live database does not immediately erase all provider backups.
Access, corrections, and deletion requests
Email us to ask about information you submitted, correct an inquiry, or request deletion. Identify the email address used for the inquiry; we may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned before disclosing or changing information. Available legal rights depend on the law that applies to you.
Service locations and changes
Cloudflare, GitHub, and email providers operate across countries. This notice does not promise a particular storage country or data residency. We will update this page when the site's data-handling practices change.
